Booking terms

These terms apply to bookings of Drumic Resort cottages. Please read them before sending a booking request. Figures marked in brackets are confirmed in your booking confirmation.
Booking
Sending the form is a booking request. A booking becomes binding once we confirm it (and, where applicable, the payment is completed). We confirm by email.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is made via Vismapay (card). Unless otherwise stated, [DEPOSIT/FULL PAYMENT TERMS] apply.
Cancellation and changes
Cancellations and changes follow [CANCELLATION POLICY] — e.g. free cancellation up to [X] days before arrival, after which [REFUND TERMS] apply. Request changes by email or phone as early as possible.
Arrival and departure
Check-in from [CHECK-IN TIME] and check-out by [CHECK-OUT TIME] unless otherwise agreed. Keys and access instructions are sent before arrival.
Guest responsibilities
Please treat the cottage with care and leave it tidy. Smoking indoors is not allowed. Pets are [PETS POLICY]. The booker is responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).
Governing law
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumer disputes can be referred to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
